The Legacy Journals studio is located in Pleasantville, Iowa. We have clients worldwide, and wish to make contacting us as easy as possible for those people that located outside of Pleasantville, Iowa.   Our customer service hours are:

  • Monday through Thursday: 10 AM to 6 PM Central Time
  • Friday & Saturday: In studio appointments (arranged in advance) only
  • Sunday: closed

• Update: In observance of the U.S. Independence day holiday on Saturday, July 4, our customer service calls will go to voice mail on Thursday, July 2 and Friday, July 3 in order to give our artists extra time to finish orders prior to the holiday weekend. All calls & emails received on these two days will be responded to, in order, on Monday, July 6. During this time, our shipping & production operations will continue as usual.

  Eastern, +1 hour Mountain, +2 hours Pacific) . We make every effort to
  answer our phone during office hours. On occasion, we may be on another
  line or in the workshop when you call. If this is the case, please leave
  a message and we will return your call as soon as possible.

  appointment-only basis.
