(Our note…this feedback is slightly different. There are two separate communications for this – once when the customer first received the custom leather binder…and a second after she gave it to the recipient of the custom leather binder).
03/13/2008: The binder is AWESOME!!!! I LOVE IT! It’s exactly what I had pictured in my mind. My husband is going to LOVE it!!
I don’t remember if I told you, but I’m using it to make a memory book for his 30th birthday. The party is on Saturday and I asked the guests to make at least one page to add to the book.
I did just want to make sure I thanked you for such an amazing product! I’ll email you again after I give it to him

So my husband absolutely LOVES his binder/memory book!!! I attached a couple pictures – one of the book and one of my husband and me at the party.
Again – thank you for such an amazing product! I will DEFINITELY utilize your company again if I have a similar need in the future!

As we do every March, we are preparing to launch the first half of our 2008 collection. This year, we are pleased to announce two new lines that we have been refining for over a year, that have proven successful in our local market. As with most product launches, this takes dedicated time and planning to implement successfully.
To that end, we will not be available during our regular studio hours from March 6 through March 14. Our customer service hours will return to normal on March 17, 2008.
